Google Page Rank Tool
As a web marketing developer, I need to keep tabs on where my clients web sites are. After changing to a new computer with MicrosoftVista and the newest Internet Explorer, I haven't found an add-in to give me the Google Page Ranks of sites visited. I really don't want to change browsers just to get that info.
Then I came across this module to let me take a look at the rank of all the web sites I'm interested in. You can try it too. Just click in the link to the right, type in the web sites you want to check, one site per line...and there they are.
Of course, page rank is only one of the factors I watch. I keep tabs on which keywords are used to find the web sites. I watch the total hits as well as page views. Of course the ultimate determination of whether the site is working or not is if they are getting the business they want.
My customers are usually in business-to-business sales. The products and services are custom and therefore not ideal for ecommerce. They need leads. If they are making sales based on web leads, then I'm doing my job correctly. I'm happy to report that they are getting quality leads.
